CraftArt (“we”) runs the shop at licraftart.com. This page explains what we collect when you use it, and what we do with it.
What we collect
- Your name, email address and phone number.
- Delivery addresses you enter at checkout or save to your account.
- Your orders and custom-order requests, and any photos you upload with them.
- Your password, stored only as a one-way hash. We never see it.
Signing in with Google
If you choose “Continue with Google”, Google shares your email address, name and profile picture with us. That is all we request. We do not get access to your Gmail, contacts, Drive or any other Google data.
How we use it
- To confirm and call you about your order, and to deliver it.
- To show your order history in your account.
- To email a password-reset code when you ask for one.
We do not sell your information, and we do not use it for advertising. We only share what is needed to run the shop with the services that host it: Supabase (database and sign-in), Vercel (hosting) and our email provider.
Keeping and deleting your data
We keep your account and order records while your account exists. To see, correct or delete your data, email us at the address below and we will act on it within 30 days. Deleting your account removes your personal details; we may keep order records where the law requires.
